i like spicy!
i was thinking about making fajitas, but since i had to cook some tonight before the meat went bad, i'm not sure i want to do it again on thursday!
the other night i was at the store, and a homeless woman asked me for change. i don't generally carry cash, so i put her in the car and drove her to the other end of the parking lot where i bought her some food from jack-in-the-box. i told her about the potluck, and encouraged her to come, so if you see a little short woman by the name of carol, make her feel welcome!
(i know, you'd have made her feel welcome anyway!)

hey, your spicy stuff was good! what was it? i was thinking it looked kinda like what chile verde is supposed to look like, but mine never looks like it's supposed to, because i add a bunch of rice to it.

You are correct! One dish was chili verde and the other was chile relleno baked.
